Felted Songbirds

Signs of spring? Songs of birds! Working from a pattern, you'll cut and hand stitch felt fabric into a bird shape, then use needle felting to cover it in "feathers."

Kathryn has been sharing her enthusiasm for needle felting with students in Maine for more than ten years now at the Common Ground Fair, Pineland Farms, and Montessori schools. She's created her own line of ergonomic "get a grip" felting needles that you'll get to try out in class.
