Learn how to make spinning pinwheels in a variety of sizes using upcycled books, maps, sheet music, or any other paper that pleases your eye. You'll go home with a bouquet of finished pinwheels, lots of ideas for ways to use pinwheels in gift wrap and home decor, and a favorite new hobby!
